Mr. Shabani raised the issues of seasonal workers and the health services that citizens of Kukës receive in Prizren. He also raised environmental issues that affect the two countries, such as the pollution of the Drin River.

Also within the framework of the agreement concluded between the Ombudsmen in the three countries, it was agreed to intensify cooperation to respond to the daily needs of citizens in the region.
